5Export and attach to ServiceTitan

Open job file

Export job PDF makes one file with every sketch sheet and the photo pages. Upload it to the work order's SharePoint customer docs. Each sheet is one letter-size page ("Sheet 1 of 3"): title block, that sheet's sketch and legend, and the job checklists. PNG gives one image per sheet; Print / Save as PDF gives one page per sheet. Attach them to the job in ServiceTitan. "Save job file" keeps an editable copy of every sheet if you need to fix the sketch later.
